United States Delivery

As part of this policy, delivery from hexclad is limited to eligible United States addresses. For eligible requests, every U.S. order receives free standard shipping under this policy.

Shipment Visibility

Consistent with these terms, customers receive shipment tracking details after dispatch. Where applicable, carrier scans, severe weather, address problems, and other circumstances outside reasonable control may affect estimates.

Processing and Transit

As part of this policy, the standard processing period is 1–2 business days prior to shipment. For customer assurance, after dispatch, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days.

Customer Responsibilities

For clarity, please confirm the delivery address at checkout and notify customer service quickly about a possible error. In keeping with our published standards, requests received before shipment may be cancelled, while shipped orders are handled through the Refund Policy.
